Dr Kim has practiced family dentistrywith a focus on restorative and implant dentist since 1997. He was trained in Prosthodontics at University of Maryland, Baltimore for three years and Maxillofacial Prosthdontics at Columbia University, New York. Before he moved to McLean, he was a full-time faculty member at University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry for seven years. He directed didactic and clinic restorative and prosthodotic programs and was the director of Implant Dentistry during his tenure at UNMC. He serves as a manuscript reviewer for several peer journals. His goal is to provide excellent dentistry with a personal touch. Dr. Kim is pleased to now be calling Virginia home. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two kids. He enjoys running, playing tennis, watching football games and reading history books.
