I received multiple phone calls from the office, each time requesting a rescheduling of my appointment and offering me time and day options. However, they would then call again to reschedule it once more. For some inexplicable reason, they would always say, “It’s close to lunch time,” or “We have another client.” This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made me hesitant to visit and work with the doctor.

Office stated they have contacted me about not accepting new patients with DHMO insurance by phone/email in which they did not. I never received a email about insurance issue.
Dr. Lin has been doing my invalign treatment for the past year. Very personable, and every visit feels like I'm visiting a friend instead of my dentist.
