I had a pretty routine thing done so my review is mostly about the overall experience/office staff.
The address (street name) is misspelled at Zocdoc's Doctor's office profile. Not surprisingly, poor attention to detail and lack of expediency is how I would describe my check-in experience.
I also waited for about an hour for my appointment and had to ask for status/updates myself. Certainly did not feel that my time is deemed valuable on this Monday afternoon.
The staff suggested that I schedule my next appointment for 6 mo from now today. I suggested that they send a reminder by email but I do not think that that is the channel they are familiar with given the puzzled looks I got.
Overall, my cleaning & X-rays have been completed w/no issues.

I was searching my Dental Providers at 1:30 in the morning for a dentist who works Saturdays (of course it was the weekend when my tooth decides to become unbearable) due to an excruciating painful tooth. I came across Dr. Laaly, read the reviews, and scheduled an online appt. through DocZoc. I showed up at the time I scheduled and Dr. Laaly and Gayle welcomed me at the front desk. I was soo Thankful he could take me as I was in terrible pain. He explained what the problem could be, what we could do, and what could possibly result. I made a choice and he went to work on it. I felt Dr. Laaly was completely professional, extremely gentle, and very informative. He really seems to take pride in his work and sincerely cares about the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Laaly.

Dr. Frank Laaly completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology with top honors from the University of California in Los Angeles. In 2006 he also graduated from the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry. While completing his dental doctorate, Dr. Laaly collaborated on numerous clinical research projects with top scholars in the field. Being an avid researcher, he is currently involved in many research frontiers in dentistry.
Dr. Laaly prides himself on keeping up to date with the latest training and technology in dentistry by completing hundreds of hours of continuing education each year. His current areas of study are focused on cosmetic and dental implantology.
Dr. Laaly has completed his Implant Residency and graduated from the California Implant Institute. He is qualified as an Associate Fellow of the International Board of Oral Implantology as well as a Fellow of the California Implant Institute. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society.

I have waited for 2 years to get a tooth fixed with Dr. Laaly. I

My visit with Dr. Laaly was a great! I normally dont like visiting dentists, but Dr. Laaly made me feel very comfortable as if he were an old friend. And his staff actually made me feel like family. I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for the perfect dentist, with the perfect staff, visit Dr. Laaly.

My husband and I went to Dr. Laaly our first time. And the experience was incredible. Very knowledgeable doctor, easy going with great bedside manner!
