Faisal Khan, DDS grew up in Detroit, Michigan. He is a graduate of Alma College where he received multiple scholarships. He then pursued a master’s degree at New York Medical College. Dr. Khan attended New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry, where he also received multiple scholarships, and graduated in 2005 with his Doctoral of Dental Surgery degree (DDS).
Dr. Khan completed his General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Ctr/Albert Einstein Medical School. He pursued a fellowship also at Albert Einstein Medical School in Special Care Dentistry, which allowed him to obtain a specialization in working on children with various complicated medical and physical disabilities. Finally, he went on to do his pediatric dental residency at Jacobi Medical Ctr/Albert Einstein Medical School, where he was honored with the title of Chief Resident for the program in 2008.
Dr. Khan believes in comfortable and reliable pediatric care, because he has his own children and understands a child’s nervousness at the dental office. He believes in the importance of education so that his patients feel at ease during routine cleanings and other pediatric dental procedures. Dr. Khan also believes in incorporating the latest technology in his practice, for example: digital radiography, laser dentistry, digital charting, white/porcelain crowns, etc.

He was very personable and made me and my 6 yrs old daughter feel very comfortable on our first visit to his office. she can't wait to go back for her next visit. The office is very welcoming for children, the staff is very pleasant and nice and his dental work is amazing. I was very satisfied. Wish i would have found him several years ago. He seems to be a very caring dentist. Some dentist treat it just as a job but i can tell he loves his profession and it shows. He even went the extra mile and set an appt to start her dental work the same day upon my request,Thanks Dr. Khan and staff for an amazing dental experience for my 6 yr old daughter. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a pediatric dentist for your child. I was AMAZED with the service.

I would refer Dr.Khan to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy pediatric dentist. Having a horrible experience with a past dentist Dr.Khan did everything in his power to ensure I was informed on what procedure he was doing on my daughter and made her feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. He takes his time with his patients and explains all options never making you feel forced to do anything; only giving you his honest professional opinion. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr.Khan I just wish I would have met him years before I did. He sets the bar high for others in his field of work and although the situation which lead us to him was unfortunate I am so thankful we are now under his care. My daughter's love him and are never apprehensive or nervous to attend their dentist visits. Not to mention his kid friendly atmosphere makes any child light up when they walk into his office. It is decorated with beautiful colors and the kids lay on a surf board and are given cool sunglasses to wear while getting their teeth clean along with watching their favorite cartoon right above them. If you are looking for a class act dentist who has your child's best interest at hand look no further Dr.Khan is your man!

Dr Khan was truly AWESOME! I had taken my 10-yr daughter to him a few weeks ago for 3 teeth extractions and was highly impressed with how well he did with reassuring her and talking her through the procedure. I took my 2-yr old daughter to him for her 1st dentist appointment and again, Dr Khan was exceptional with his bedside manner with kids (and adults). He explained everything, did a full exam and cleaning and made it 'fun' for the 2-yr old so that she is excited about going to the dentist!

We LOVE Dr. Khan! Grand Parkway Pediatric Dental is FABULOUS! I can only say great things! My girls (twin 8 year old girls) will not let me touch a loose tooth. They both say "Mommy, we have Dr. Khan, he is OUR dentist - we need to see HIM!!" I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grand Parkway Pediatric Dental and the ENTIRE staff (from office employee all the way up the the dentist!)

My girls(8,6 and 4) are very comfortable with Dr.Khan. They enjoy their visits. We have had a couple of extractions too and despite that they feel comfortable and aren't bervous. The staff is courteous and Dr.Khan is great with kids. I recommend him highly!
