Very nice staff however it seemed that because i was a new patient they were trying to convince me to do multiple things that my insurance doesn’t cover to get more money out of me which made me very uncomfortable. I’ll be looking for a new dentist

Very unpleasant experience at this office. At first it seemed that things were going well because I was instructed to fill forms out and the male receptionist was very polite. It turned into a +1.5 hour wait to be taken into a room by the dental assistant who was very apologetic about the wait but at that point, what was the point of apologizing? I went into the room only to find out that their machines were down and that “this never happens”, making excuses and making me wait so long only to not get anything done other than x-rays. The medical staff was very flippant about the situation and it seemed like they did not care at all, which I imagine is because this low level of service happens all the time. Suddenly everything starts “working again” and I’m offered to wait a little longer so the doctor that was supposed to see me +1.5 hrs ago can finally attend to me, which they ended up trying to sell me a “treatment” and then not even bothering to have staff send me my x-rays. Will not be attending this office and seeing this Dentist again. Such a shame that as polite as the receptionists were (which tech issues are obviously not their fault at all), the service was abysmal.

So happy I found National Dental for my latest dental appointment. Everything was great; the hygienist, Mary was a gem who did an amazing cleaning and Dr. Guo was excellent. The office staff was friendly and super helpful. I definitely will continue to go here for future visits.

Dr Guo had great bedside manner, she also gave a thorough diagnosis and dental plan. I had an extraction, and certainly was afraid due to some poor experiences in the past with other providers, but she made what could have been so painful, very manageable . And I'm so thankful for her professionalism, compassion and attention to detail. Thanks Dr. Guo.

I enjoyed my visit the staff was extremely friendly and warm. I did not see the provider I booked for the appointment with but the doctor I did see was AMAZING, he explained everything to me and had no problem answering all of my questions.
Ask for Johnny he has the bedside manner of a saint does not make you feel uncomfortable about the condition of your teeth AND he does outstanding work plus plus plus he also speaks SPANISH.

Liked how there was no wait time. I was seen by the hygienist Mary first; by far the best experience I ever had. The doctor was great and the team overall is amazing. From the first time I walked in everyone was very welcoming. Will recommend.
