Dr. Francisca Giple-Johnson, primary dentist at Wellness Dental of Austin, TX, received her doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry, Milwaukee, WI in 2000. Since then, she has completed advanced training at The Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (CARD), The American Academy of Facial Esthetics, The University of Nevada, and the Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Johnson brings a total health approach to dental care. “Poor dental health can have serious and rippling effects on the entire body system.” At Wellness Dental, patient education and involvement in their care is as important as the care they receive.
Dr. Johnson believes dental care should be

Dr. Giple-Johnson's office was a great fit for me! I have some issues with gagging when I get dental work done, and my technician was very understanding. My cleaning was also very quick! Dr. Giple-Johnson is calm and isn't preachy. There weren't lectures or arguments over my decision to not get fluoride or my preference for natural toothpaste. As long as you are trying to do a good job of taking care of your teeth, she respects your decisions.

I had a wonderful experience with the office staff and Dr. Giple-Johnson! I scheduled an appointment via Zocdoc and was able to be seen right away for my dental issue. I ended up having to go back in a few days later, and they were able to work around my schedule and fit me in almost immediately! Highly recommend!
