This is the first time my daughter was seen by Dr. Fred and it will not be the last! The visit was everything a new patient would want. Dr. Fred and the women he was working with were professional, patient, informative. They were gentle with my daughter and did all they could to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Fred made sure I walked away fully understanding all the things I needed to know.I truly would recommend!

Amazing staff and very professional. Dr. Harris took his time to listen and talk to Alexander and encourage to continue doing a routine cleaning at home. He explained the process of what was going to be done to my son’s teeth and how long it would take. My son was very comfortable and relaxed, which is something that’s hard to accomplish when it comes to kids. We will come back again!!!

Dr. Fredrick Harris (Dr. Fred) grew up in Greenwood, Mississippi. Through experience and some Southern charm, he is relatable regardless of age. He creates a calming environment that leaves him an endearing favorite with children.
Dr. Fred continued to pursue his unparalleled passion for helping others and received his dental degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. From here, a dental trip to Uganda, Africa cemented his love for working with children.
Dr. Fred went on to complete a one-year residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville; followed by a two-year pediatric specialty training at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. Having worked at one of the top 5 busiest trauma hospitals in the nation, Dr. Fred is well prepared for any situation.
In his spare time, Dr. Fred enjoys volunteering, playing blues guitar, traveling to new places, exploring NYC, enjoying spicy foods, working out, watching sports (Vanderbilt and 49ers football, UNC basketball (Go ‘Heels!)), and playing tennis.
