Dr. Galen Geraets grew up in Fort Collins where he graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. degree in microbiology in 1998 and M.S. in anatomy in 2000. He then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honors in 2005.
Dr. Geraets strives to stay abreast of all the latest dental techniques and products by attending continuing education and numerous memberships. He is a current chapter member of the Delta Sigma Delta International Dental fraternity. Dr. Geraets is also a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Weld County Dental Society.
The patients' health and comfort are Dr. Geraets' primary concern when you first visit him. Everyone who Dr. Geraets sees is treated with respect, dignity and with the highest quality standard of care. Dr. Geraets created a relaxed atmosphere with his sense of humor and ability to help calm patient's fears. Dr. Geraets wants patients educated and active participants in their care. He encourages questions and everybody has options to choose from. Dr.Geraets treats everybody the way he would want himself or his family treated.
Dr. Geraets donates his time to coaching youth soccer in the community, also participates in a competitive soccer league. He and his wife, Mindy, have three daughters Samantha, Addison, and Julia. His family is now complete with a house full of girls. Dr. Geraets is also an avid Rams fan and can he found at CSU football games.
