The goals of each member of our staff should be to make this office the most outstanding in South Jersey. Every staff member can play an important part in the successful accomplishment of this goal. We as the Dentists see to it that we maintain our skills through continuing education courses and extensive reading. We will use this knowledge to produce the best and most up to date dentistry we are capable of performing. We will develop those skills which we use daily, to the highest degree and refer patients to specialists where we feel they would benefit more.'
Since producing excellent dentistry requires a high degree of effort and concentration, we must depend on a highly trained and motivated staff to provide all the other skills and amenities that go into an excellent practice.
