Dr. Ludka and his entire staff were extremely welcoming and professional, and I felt like my exam and cleaning were very thorough and well-explained. Dr. Ludka went out of his way to describe exactly what he was doing at all times, and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Fantastic dentist.

Dr. Ludka worked as a carpenter for three years after graduating from DuVal High School. He then started his college studies at Prince George's Community College, transferred to the University of Maryland at College Park where he received a BS degree in Biology. He married his college sweetheart Cecily, in the spring of 1980. And after working in the construction field for three additional years he entered the University of Maryland at Baltimore Dental School and graduated with honors.
Dr. Ludka has attended numerous post graduate dental courses including those offered at The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, The Dawson Center for Advanced Study, Dr. Michael Schuster's Center for Professional Development, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation program and DenMat Lumineers certification program just to name a few. He is a member of Triple Crown Study Club a division of The Seattle Study Club, The Bowie-Crofton Dental Study Club and The Maryland Implant Society. Dr. Ludka and his wife reside in nearby Crofton and have three grown daughters.

The best!! Everyone in the office is pleasant and make you feel so comfortable. I am scared of needles. They put my back to comfort. And Dr. Ludka takes his time to explain what is needed and why.
