First time I went it was great. Second time I had a little bit of a mixup and there was some miscommunication (I was misinformed by the cost and details of my fillings, all I really wanted to know were the benefits and downsides to each type of filling, along with the price differences between them, but was not really given the info). The third time I went (which was the second time I was getting my fillings), Mr. Parrillo paid attention to the review I left after my last visit and mentioned it to me. We went over my concerns and he cleared everything up for me this time around, even if it was a little too much info ;)
But he was really cool about it and it made me think of how serious they take their customer service. You could leave a semi-negative review most places and it wouldn't phase them. They pay attention here and make sure you are taken care of. I really thought that was impressive.
So thanks Mr. Parrillo for clearing it all up with me and having that patience that I know probably wasn't easy. You reassured that I picked the right place to go to. The numbness on my mouth is starting to go away and I'm starving. Time to eat!

I was just telling a friend that I used to be stressed whenever I had a dentist appointment but since I switched to Dr. Parrillo, no more stress. Once again Dr. Parrillo and his staff were amazing. I got my second cavity filled today and they made me feel calm and comfortable. The technology used was pain free which made my day! Although I am new to the state I truly trust him as my doctor.
