Dr. Massabni is not your average general Dentist. She had her first degree DDS, from Damascus University, and then her DMD, from Tufts University. She uses a variety of procedures that your average general dentist does not do. She continues to learn the latest updates in dentistry by attending lectures and practical courses. Dr. Massabni's dream is to improve people's dental IQ, and build up a practice where patients feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed. The first thing new patients notice is the friendly environment, the harmony among all members of the office, and the wealth of information patients walks out with. Dr. Massabni invests her time in informing patients because she believes a well informed patient is a happy patient. Dr. Massabni and staff are very welcoming. They always greet you with a smile. They are very clear on your total dental needs and will provide you a quote for everything. It is a business so I am understanding that theywill give you a slight nudge to get things done but they also are in the business of keeping your teeth clean and healthy so I do not mind. Honest business as I do not feel like they are recommending anything above and beyond what is needed.

What more can you ask for? 1st visit yesterday and a warm greeting when I entered, Priscilla at the front desk knew my name and instantly made me feel like I had been a patient for years. This attentiveness continued; fromMelissa who took my X-rays, to the hygienist, Angelina (might not have her name right, because she did a lot of work in my mouth), through to Ghada Massabni, DDS, DMD...everyone provided valuable details and information, they were happy to answer all of my questions, and always made me feel that I was in good hands! Dr Massabni is the best dentist I have visited. She's a very kind and caring person. She explains everything in details and keen on educating patients about the importance of dental health. After not seeing a dentist in 15 years Dr Ghada Massabni was awesome. She took the time to get to know me and explained everything thoroughly in way I could understand. Work stations were clean and all the work staff, very nice and professional. I would and will recommend her.
