Everyone was great - professional, nice, explained what they were doing and answered my questions patiently. Jessica is awesome! She contacted my insurance provider to verify co-pay amounts and coverage of treatment. She was diligent about speaking to the right people at the insurance company - she called various phone numbers and was on the phone waiting quite a bit until she reached a live person. I was getting frustrated with the process, but she remained calm and professional and positive. Also, she was very thorough about asking the right questions to ensure my out of pocket expenses were minimized. The office is very nice (sleek and modern) and had the latest equipment.

Not happy with the long wait time. I came 15 min early so total wait time was 45 min. I was not seen until I asked the receptionist how much longer I need to wait. I would have appreciated it if somebody told me something then maybe I wouldn't be so upset.

Horrible experience! Came for an x-Ray due to injury to the mouth while playing with my 3 year old nephew. It was suggested that the doctor sand the bottom of my tooth to relieve pressure from chewing. The doctor - Dr. Rodrigiuz performed the procedure and left my front tooth uneven. I explained that my tooth was not like that when I came in and was told it was. At 41 years of age and a new patient, I am very clear on what my teeth look like especially my front tooth. She was not rude but we agreed to disagree and spoke about next steps for treatment. As I was exiting the treatment room, the dental assistant asked if my visit went well and I said no, and she asked me to wait and discuss my concerns with the practice owner. Dr. Ali was extremely rude, he did not ask me what my concerns were, he immediately proceeded to tell me my tooth was already that way without looking at any X-rays. Had he looked, he could have clearly seen the difference. He said that there was nothing that he could do and told me that he was walking me out. - Translation get out! I told him that I did ask them to do anything, his staff insisted that I speak because I was not happy and that
he did not have to behave unprofessionally like a jerk. He was quick to belittle my concerns without looking at any before or after X-rays. I was very surprised as a first time customer to be treated in this manner. He had no clue that my husband was in the chair in the next room getting his teeth cleaned - also a new patient. We are definitely not coming back! There are too many other places that would treat patients with respect. I should have carefully considered all reviews before visiting the office. There were reviews on ZocDoc and Yelp that referenced Dr. Ali being rude. Believe it!

Dr. Ali is a wonderful and respectful person, aside from being a top-notch dentist. Dr. Ali makes you feel comfortable and wants you to speak up if you're uncomfortable with anything at all. It doesn't bother him to pause and to help fix/alleviate whatever problem you have while he's working on you.
He makes sure that you have all of the info that you need and makes sure that you understand the treatment that you're going to receive.
I have also requested to see him for a short notice visit due to pain from a tooth abscess (which needed a root canal). He met with me and we talked about the best way to tackle and alleviate this problem. As I was following the advice from my previous dentist, he assured me that the info that I received was not the best, and apologized for the confusion and misinformation. Not his fault, I understood and accepted. I hated to meet with him as it looked like he was in the middle of his dinner, but he did not rush me at all and made sure I knew the new plan of action. Talk about putting the patient needs first!
After the root canal was done (which was an easy procedure), I also opted to take out 2 impacted wisdom teeth on the bottom. Again, although I don't get anxious or nervous when seeing the dentist, he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure.
Another thing that I noted was that he helps teach his Dental Hygienists. Again, paying it forward for the future of dentistry.
Dr. Ali is an excellent dentist and I will continue to see him for future appointments.

Dr. Miamee took the time to explain the X-rays that were taken in a lot of detail which I appreciated. He also used some of the most recent technology when cleaning my teeth too. His dental assistant was also very nice and did a good job taking the X-rays.

The office visit was very thorough. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and had a few issues. The hygenist and Dr. Miamee made sure I understood the xrays/pictures that were taken of my teeth indicate and created a treatment plan to hopefully prevent further damage. Overall, I would recommend this dentist.

Dr. Ali was so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He gave great advice for day-to-day care and was super efficient with the cleaning, enabling me to get back to my job rather quickly. I would definitely return for my next dental cleaning.

I saw Dr. Aman, he was nice did a very good job in cleaning and was nice to talk too. The young intern helping him was awful. He tried what seemed like a hundred times to take photographs of my mouth with this oversized radiological mouthpiece and I kepted telling him how painful it was. He didn't seem to get it and was aggravated at me. I almost walked out.

Everything was great, the dental hygienist did an amazing job explaining step by step to my 9 years old, he was a little afraid to go to the Dentist after his last experience a while ago, I loved that she cared about making him feel comfortable and not afraid of the tools, the sounds, etc. Totally grateful for that.
