Had a great experience at Park North dental! Dr. Richards helped consult me about an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and referred me to their surgeon, Dr. Woodbine, who I saw the next day for the procedure. Everyone made me feel comfortable, pain was minimal and the extraction was done quickly. Definitely would recommend them.

The wait time was less than 5 minutes. The dentist was very friendly - she came to the reception area and introduced herself to my daughter and myself. She included me in the review of my daughter’s X-ray and explained the image displayed on each slide. She went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s comfort during the cleaning by providing her with protective glasses - never had that before. I would Highly recommend Dr. Richards.

Dr. Richard made me feel so comfortable from the beginning despite me being very nervous. She also wanted me to be aware of everything she was trying to explain to me, which was very helpful. She showed me my own x-rays and pictures. Afterwards she gave me a treatment plan and explained why it is necessary. Looking forward to continuing to see her in the future.

Dr. Richard was really sweet. Great bedside manner. A lot of dentists are rude or rough, and she was neither. She explained what she was doing and was open to questions. The front desk and dental assistant were very nice as well. I was in and out of the office within 90 min, taking into account I had x-rays, a cleaning and 2 fillings. Definitely will be back!

Called me for an earlier appointment. Which was great. After filling out paperwork I waited about 5 minutes & was taken back for xrays. Dr. Richard was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and she cleaned my teeth herself! First time I ever had a dentist clean my teeth! It's usually the hygienist. Once my teeth were totally cleaned she took pictures of the area & explained what needed to be corrected. Very patient. Asked me if I had any questions and walked me to the front to explain to the front desk staff what my treatment plan should be. Front desk told me that my treatment plan would be emailed. Very happy with my experience.

My visit with Dr. Richards was extremely informative and provided me with relief about my future dental care and treatment. Often times practitioners can be unintentionally judgmental in regards to how a patients teeth may appear or their dental hygiene habits but Dr. Richards was very warm, comforting, and strategic about ways we can move forward with an affordable, efficient and sensible approach to restoring my dental health and my confidence. I also appreciated her attention to detail and switching from the machine tools to the hand tools due to sensitive teeth/gums. Overall, very impressed with the thorough and personable touch.
