This was a very pleasant visit! Everybody was friendly and helpful. Dr. Miamee got straight into the xrays and talked about what's been happening with my teeth (they're not exactly stellar and have also been moving) and she talked about what options my healthcare would cover and what ones wouldn't be covered and the prices of all the options. I felt like I learned a game plan for my dental health without feeling pressured to opt into anything I didn't understand. I'll be back!

I waited in the waitroom for about 45 minutes, got xrays and a quick polish, and then waited in the chair for another 50 minutes or so before I saw the doctor. Practice was not very hygienic- there were no plastic covers on the X-ray machine, tools, or light. Hygienist and assistant touched things that fell on the floor with their gloves hands and then put the same gloves in my mouth. Will not go back.

My visit was ok. I waited quite awhile and even when I went back I still waited on and off while they were taking another person.
I have very sensitive teeth and while the dentist isn’t normally pleasant for me, it was far worse than normal. If you have sensitive teeth I would look elsewhere.
They also said they would reach out to me for my next appointment, but have not.
The pros were she was kind and seemed to very knowledgeable. She was very informative.

I went to see Dr. Miamee about a year ago. She filled four fillings for me. Since then I've spent and hours getting the fillings that she filled for me fixed after every single one of them cracked and broke. I've had fillings done before with other dentists, and none of those ones have ever broken. I've been in pain and miserable because of these broken fillings for a year. I would not recommend this dentist or the practice. I'm incredibly disappointed.

Dr. Miamee's office is brand new and the staff is very friendly. I love that they've got the latest tech and even play pandora music in the treatment rooms. She's given me great options on how to improve my smile. I think this is the best dentist I've ever had.
Also, they offer appointment after 5pm!

I have a lot of anxiety, she and her staff were incredibly sensitive and calm and made me feel extremely comfortable. She also laid out a clear dental plan with pricing that was easy to understand and easy to schedule. Would recommend to everyone and will be going back soon!

Leading up to my appointment there was inquiry around my insurance coverage. I called my insurance company and they confirmed I was covered and that they faxed my paperwork to the office already. I also confirmed this with Miamee's practice prior to my appt. Upon my arrival, it wasn't until after my xrays had been taken and the "diagnosis" discussed that they had an issue with my insurance and that they required me to pay full price. My insurance customer service dept is only open M-F and my appt was on a Saturday so I was unable to call and verify. On Monday when I called they said they never received inquiries from Miamee's office and that I was covered. Feeling deceived, and set up to negotiate for the diagnosis left me with zero desire to ever return to this practice.

The office is beautiful, and Dr. Miamee was so helpful. I legitimately hate going to the dentist, but I really appreciated how at ease she made me feel. First time going to Dr. Miamee and it was a great experience. I have been busy recently and forgot to confirm my appointment since I have HMO insurance. When I arrived my appointment was not on file but these ladies were nice enough to help me out and fit me into their busy schedule. Everything was quick, easy, and enjoyable. I can't seem to keep up with my oral hygiene :( and will be returning to Dr. Miamee and crew in the next month or so happily :) . Efficient work and great conversation. SHOUT OUT TO KAREN (bad with names this perhaps is wrong) and to you who was at the front desk and got my insurance worked out, sorry I never asked!!!

It was a bit frustrating to have them call me to reschedule because their hours of operation had changed, and they were no longer able to have me come in for the time I selected. Other then that, they did have evening times available that fit my busy schedule. The staff there were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Everything in the office was clean and organized and I was extremely happy with my experience there!

I found her on the internet and I read lots of good the reviews about her so I decided to try her as my new dentist. I am so happy with my decision. She works so gentle, caring and so careful which minimize the pain. Also she explains everything she is doing, so you won’t feel confuse what is going on in my mouth. I definitely recommend her

I think she would be a great DDS for an adult or older child. I don't think her practice is made for toddlers and smaller children. If you are looking for a family DDS, great! If you are new to the area and your baby has never really seen a dentist and is not great with people wondering about in his or her mouth, wait until the child is older. I found out, there is a difference between and family dentist and a Pediatric DDS.
Otherwise, the staff is very nice and the office is very clean.

The receptionist was awesome! She dealt with multiple insurance plans and tried to help me figure out the best options to pay. The atmosphere was very informal and comfortable. The dentist was really friendly and no nonsense. She got me in and out filling 5 cavities in less than 2 hours.
