Very happy with my experience! The office building is conveniently located with parking in the rear of the building. The office suite itself was nice with the waiting room decorated more home-like than office-like. They were expecting me when I arrived, and I only had to wait because Dr. Hala was seeing an emergency patient. I did not mind waiting a few minutes, and I was pleased to know she will take emergency appointments! I also felt like she listened to me when I discussed my concerns, and I left feeling like we had a solid plan moving forward.

I had an amazing experience here. There was ample parking and the office was very clean and inviting. I was seen right away after filling out all my paperwork.
Dr. Hala Al-Tarifi was very patient and spent a lot of time listening and assessing my situation. Never have I had a dentist take such a thorough look at my mouth and give very specific recommendations on how to improve my hygiene.
For example, she took a look at my canines and said that they were grinded down (probably due to stress and retainers that needed adjusting) and that it caused misalignment in my mouth. This would then cause me more pressure on my front teeth and make them thinner and translucent with time because the bite would be off. She spent a lot of time to explain and answer all my questions and gave me some options.
I got an appointment scheduled in a few weeks to follow up. I'm very happy. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hala was LOVELY. So easy to chat with, very honest and genuine with me, and my visit went very smoothly. It would crazy to say that any dentist visit is enjoyable, but my appointment with Dr. Hala really blurred that line. I appreciate her kind yet firm approach with me re: flossing. I’m happy to have her as my new dentist! (I had moved far enough away from my previous one to venture out into the wild again — very pleased to have found Dr. Hala via ZocDoc!)

I thought Doctor Hala Al-Tarifi did a good job and is very knowledgable but it felt like i was being trying to be sold products at every turn. She suggested that my implant had been done wrong and that she could re-do it but better... I don't know why I would ever want to go through the pain of an implant to re-do something when it's perfectly fine the way it is. I think she's a smart and good dentist but I dont think i'll be going back.

I went to see Dr Hala Al-Tarifi due to an emergency while traveling -- I had a filling which broke. She carefully removed the two fillings (!) in the tooth, showed me clear pictures of other teeth and filled the tooth which had been damaged -- I've had no problems with the filling, and I was very happy that she could see me when I had an emergency.
She suggested filling some (mostly stable) cavities, and I took most (but not quite all) of her advice later, after consultation with another dentist; and I can understand being a bit more aggressive about filling cavities when a patient comes in with a broken filling.
