I was very surprised by the fact that the exam rooms did not have doors so was essentially present and a part of every appointment happening around me. This felt like a violation of not only privacy but hygiene and infection control. Not to mention this also meant I clearly saw the staff go from patient to patient without removing PPE or even using hand sanitizer. I was not even able to get the cleaning that I originally set an appointment for because there was no hygienist on duty. Overall the biggest reason I would not return is the infection risk. I had to cancel the follow up appointment with hygienist after developing a sore throat after being seen in the office.
