I never thought I'd say this... I'm looking forward to my next dental visit.
Dr. Weisenfeld and his staff were nothing short of stellar.
After I booked my appointment using ZocDoc, I was contacted by Vera. She confirmed my insurance information and was able to schedule me for a better time that what I initially scheduled myself.
When I arrived at the office, I was warmly welcomed. After I filled out the standard medical forms for being a new patient, I was seen promptly within 10 minutes.
Dr. Weisenfeld is an intelligent, kind, and caring person. His compassion shows through his chair-side manner. Explaining every step of the process. Showing me what work needed to be done and offering options for what may suit my needs best.
While a numbing agent was taking effect, we spoke about varying topics. I felt like I reconnected with a long lost family member.
He was working with other patients, but I never felt abandoned or forgotten about. His work was concise and deliberate.
Even though the specific work that needed to be done was fairly complex, from walking in the front door to walking out the front door, everything was completed in about 45 minutes.
I would recommend Dr Weisenfeld to my friends and family.
I'm looking forward to my follow up.
