Great experience all around. The front desk staff is very friendly and knew everything about my insurance / answered all questions. There was no missing info or hidden, uncovered fees, as I’ve run into with other practices. Upbeat and personable staff. I was seen within 5 mins of arriving. The doctor herself was extremely kind and took the time to explain everything she saw (including detailed photos). She was very thorough. The hygienist was very pleasant, professional, sensitive to my needs, quick and very thorough as well. I didn’t have to wait between seeing the doctor and hygienist. It was quick, painless and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this office. The only downside is that the office is a bit small - but if you don’t mind close proximity to other patients having treatments done, you should give this doctor a try.

WE ALWAYS WELCOME NEW PATIENTS TO OUR OFFICE.
Dr. Hemita Klose graduated top 5 in her class at University of Florida College of Dentistry. As a result, Dr. Klose was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, an invitation-only honor society that recognizes only the highest achievers of graduating dentists nationwide. Dr. Klose is well versed in all aspects of Dentistry including fillings/bondings, crowns, veneers, whitening, gum therapies, extractions, implants, root canal therapy and orthodontics such as Invisalign.
Dr. Klose is avid believer in continuing education and strives to learn about all of the latest research and technology in Dentistry. As an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry since graduating, Dr. Klose has completed the requirements for a fellowship award and will be recognized for this achievement at an upcoming annual meeting. Some of the requirements for this fellowship award include 500 hours of continuing education in all disciplines of Dentistry and a comprehensive 4 hour exam covering all topics within clinical Dentistry.
Dr. Klose began practicing Dentistry in Orlando, Florida where she practiced for several years. Dr. Klose and her husband then made the decision to leave Florida and begin their next adventure in the big apple.
Dr. Klose lives in Manhattan with her Husband, their two dogs Bailey and Sonya and welcomed their daughter in March of 2017.
Dr. Klose is in-network with all PPO plans.

I'm SO incredibly glad I found Dr. Klose & West Village Dental. After having a terrible experience at another dentist who told me I needed 8+ procedures, I went to her for a second opinion exam. Her team made me feel incredibly comfortable and she was honest about which procedures I actually needed (only ~3-4) vs. which we could wait to keep an eye on and explained things in a way that didn't make me worried or afraid. I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Klose as my permanent dentist from now on.
