I had an excellent experience . The official Follows protocol when it comes to Covid.I felt very safe.
The entire office staff was wonderful and kind.
I will recommend this office to all my family and friends.
Great customer service , the dentist is awesome, the hygienists is great and just a wonderful experience.

Positive, friendly guy! I had been told by a different dentist that i needed to have a root canal but turns out that i dont! Dr. Lotsof has not only saved me money but also time and pain!

I arrived for my 7am appointment a little early and waited for them to open. My paperwork was filled out quickly and then I waited while 2 other people were taken back and I sat for 20-25 minutes. The hygienist briefly asked a few questions and did x-rays. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes with zero communication from the hygienist or doctor. The doctor finally came in around 7:45 and got started. Things went pretty smoothly from there and I was out by 8:15.
75 minutes for maybe 20-30 minutes actually being worked on is ridiculous.

I have seen Dr. Lotsof for many years. He has high professional and ethical standards. I have referred several others to him, and everyone has had a good experience with him.

I received a thorough cleaning but the wait time was long and the dentist would do a few teeth, go to another room and do someone else's teeth, then come back and do a few more. The process took an extremely long time and he didn't seem to be involved with which patient he was working with.
Additionally I was very surprised at how dirty the office was including the floor, cabinets, and trays that held the tools.

Dr. Lotsof was great! I hadn't been to the dentist in a little while and he made me feel so at ease, comfortable and taken care of. He was friendly but professional, and walked me through everything he was doing. I was very nervous to go, but left the appointment excited about my future dental health and taking care of my teeth. Best way to start a Monday!

I have been going to Dr. Lotsof's practice for YEARS. Dr Lotsof and all his staff are courteous and very honest. The waiting room is small but you won't spend a lot of time there. I also find that they are very helpful with my schedule.
