About Dr. Shahram Raoof

Dr. Shahram Raoof, a Chicago native, moved to Philadelphia to pursue his dental degree. After earning his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania with Honors in Clinical Dentistry, Dr. Raoof joined Harvard School of Dental Medicine to earn his certificate in the field of Periodontics and Masters of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology. Dr. Raoof’s extensive training in restorative dentistry at UPenn and his continued work at Harvard in surgical procedures such as dental implants, sinus augmentations, connective tissue surgery and guided tissue/bone regeneration, has granted him the ability to treat patients completely and comprehensively. Dr. Raoof is committed to providing the most personalized, long-term functional and aesthetic treatment plans to his patients, through science and evidence based dentistry as well as compassion and empathy to his patients’ needs. Outside of the office Dr. Raoof enjoys staying active through running, skiing, and biking. He speaks Farsi fluently and has a lifelong passion for traveling and exploring new cities and countries.
