He went on to graduate from the Virginia Commonwealth University Dental Schoolwith the distinction of academic honors. He began his career as a general dentist with a group practice. His experience there, coupled with his volunteer work with the Red Cross and several service missions, ignited his interest and passion for pediatric dentistry.
To further his expertise, Dr. Patel completed a two year Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of Minnesota. The program provided him with excellent mentorship and plenty of hands-on training while treating hospitalized children with complex medical cases.
After completing the residency, Dr. Patel and his wife Archana moved to the Wild West to be closer to family. They have two beautiful children, Shayen and Anya, and absolutely love raising their family in North Phoenix.

Dr. Patel is a true jet setter. He has had the unique experience of living in India, Africa, and England before finally settling in the United States. His interest in science, love of working with his hands, and desire to help others motivated him pursue a career in dentistry.
Upon graduating from high school in London, Dr. Patel moved to Ohio to attend college.

Dr. Hiren Patel is the best pediatric dentist. He is so approachable and very patient. He is always willing to spend a few extra minutes to answer a question. His staff is so good with the kids!!! If you don't have a great dentist, I would make an appointment with Dr. Patel.

He is awesome. The very first time I took my son there Hiren and Darcy were showed a level of patience that I have not seen with many dental practices. Hiren and his staff genuinely care about the children under their care. They made my son feel very comfortable and my son now does not complain when I tell him that we need to go to his dental appointment. We have been going to Hiren for the last 4 years and can not thank him enough.

Amazing office, amazing staff, fantastic pediatric dentist! My daughter (age 4) had an 8am appointment and we were out and on our way to school at 820am. I couldn't recommend this office or provider more strongly!

Our daughter is 5 and unfortunately our first visit was on an emergency basis. We have a family dentist but new this time we needed someone specializing in kids; after reading reviews and 2 friends referring Dr. Patel we made the best decision!!! The office staff was great when I called in, they were all friendly/kid amazing/and professional when we went in, since it was an emergency they got us in right away and the Dr was great explaining the procedure and all details. Our daughter, who is not dentist friendly, was comfortable with the Dr and staff, enjoyed the office and had a great experience!!!!

We always feel like part of the family when we are in the office. The staff is always so kind and accommodating! My son has a little dental anxiety, Dr. Patel always makes sure he is comfortable and fully understands any procedures that are taking place. He has a great sense of humor and you can tell he loves what he does! He definitely sets the bar high for Pediatric Dentistry!!

Dr. Patel is the best pediatric dentist, and his staff are all wonderful as well! My kids love it here. One of my children has had extensive dental work done here and isn't afraid of the dentist in the slightest. They make the kids feel comfortable and make it fun. This was my daughter's first dentist appointment, and I was put at ease immediately, as the process was explained in detail before we began. I have only taken my kids here twice now but both times was a very pleasant experience for the first time taking the kids to a dentist. They are very kid orientated. When you first walk there is an airplane mural painted on the entire wall. They also have a fish tank and toys. None of that really mattered because they got me back by the time I had written my kids name down on the check in form. They took me back and again to my surprise, NO WAIT, they immediately started cleaning my sons teeth. I have two kids so they saw both one after the other. The staff was great with my kids and super friendly. While they are cleaning the kids teeth they have a cute little kids movie right above them to watch and keep them distracted. My boys were comfortable there from the moment we walked in the doors. Then when they are done they send the kids home with a new tooth brush (color of their choice), a cap to keep it clean, toothpaste, and kid friendly floss. If that is not enough, they also give them a sword or flower balloon and a spin at the wheel for a prize out of the machine (everyone wins something). I would highly recommend this place and have already told my close friends/ family members.

We love Dr. Patel and his staff. They recognize us when we come in for our bi-annual cleanings, they are patient and helpful, they are really super with my daughter, and they are fun! My daughter loves the balloon flowers (their nurse makes these cool balloon creations), and the wheel of prizes at the end! So fun! Dr. Patel is friendly and gives you good information about your child's visit and dental health. The staff is excellent with insurance benefits and your costs, too. Thanks Jet Set Smiles and Dr. Patel and his staff! Highly recommended!!!
