Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, since I have came in for a consultation and braces on was my second appointment. He was able to tell me exactly what I would need braces for and approximately how long. Every time I schedule my appointment, the staff is extremely nice and do an amazing job with adjustments and helping!

Dr. Kim was born in Seoul, Korea. When he was 10 years old, he moved to Los Angeles, CA, where he grew up. After high school, he then moved to New York City where he attended New York University College of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). He was in the top 1% throughout 4 years of dental school and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Dental Honor Society. During dental school, he found his passion in orthodontics which led him to pursue orthodontic residency after dental school. Dr. Kim spent additional three years to receive his Masters of Science degree and Certificate in orthodontics at University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
After the residency, he voluntarily went through hundreds of additional hours of preparation to demonstrate his judgement, skills and knowledge required for providing the highest level of patient care and became board certified (ABO)
Dr. Kim loves treating patients of all ages. His goal for every patient is to ensure that their expectations are met and they have an enjoyable experience throughout orthodontic treatment. He is an expert in traditional braces, ceramic braces, and Invisalign.
