Received his B.S. in Biology from Hobart College in 1992 and then went on to SUNY Buffalo, where he graduated with his Degree in Dental Surgery in 1996. Dr. Parli completed his Residency at Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida in 1997. After relocating to Long Island, Dr. Parli worked as an associate dentist for Total Dental Care for a number of years until he left to start his own practice. After 10 years of running a successful practice with his wife and partner, he decided to rejoin the TDC Team in 2011. Amazingly, after all that time, it truly feels as if he has never left. Dr. Parli picked up right where he left off, bringing with him a piece of our office that seemed to be missing. Dr Parli is a member of the New York State Dental Association, Suffolk County Dental Society, The American Dental Association, and the Acadany of General Dentistry.

Dr. Parli himself was very friendly and helpful, but some other aspects of this appointment made me a little unhappy with the practice itself. It had been a while since my last dental checkup, but it seemed to me that Dr. Parli was only with me for a few minutes. Although he was willing to answer my questions, I sort of got the sense that he was in a bit of a rush. The other thing that bothered me was that the office staff members were being pretty short with each other. They were all kind enough to me, but there was an atmosphere of tension that made me a little uncomfortable. It's quite possible that I just caught the staff on a bad day, but I think I'm going to try a different practice just in case.
