Dr. Valiyaparambil is a well credentialed dental professional who has a passion for providing each patient a beautiful smile in a friendly and comfortable environment. He has had the pleasure to provide care to thousands of patients in Connecticut and New York, and is now practicing in Arizona.
Dr. Valiyaparambil is an experienced clinician who strives to continually learn and expand his knowledge of dental care and technologies. He earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the highly ranked University of Connecticut (UCONN) School of Dental Medicine. At UCONN, Dr. Valiyaparambil also acquired an expertise in Dental Radiology and earned a Master of Dental Science in Radiology.
In pursuit of continued excellence in care, he completed a three-year training program in implantology and smile reconstruction at the prestigious New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. This led to a fellowship with the International College of Implantology. He then honed his skills in the art of placing and restoring implants through an advanced three-year training program in Implantology at New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry. To date, Dr. Valiyaparambil has restored thousands of smiles through implants and smile design.
Dr. Valiyaparambil has a passion for dental public health. He was fortunate to have had the opportunity to explore the application and impact of dental health from a public health perspective. At the Gillings School of Global Public Health, located at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), he worked with the US Center for Disease Control (CDC) and State of North Carolina in evaluating disease prevalence and disparities in dental care. Through this work, Dr. Valiyaparambil earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree.

I have been to soooo many different dentists in my lifetime looking for someone like Doctor J! It is not like your typical dental office - from check in with his stellar awesome competent friendly office staff to his hygienist’s and than the doctor himself is just a cut above the rest- he is honest, patient friendly and knowledgeable and even has a sense of humor you probably won’t get first visit because he takes his patients seriously, but once you become part of the family he has created with his staff/patient relationships you will see that you are more than just a “mouth”. My husband was scared of judgmental type of dental practice - you will not get this here - this guy and his staff are just phenomenal in every way!! You have to experience this place to believe it -Dr J & staff are simply the best and amazing , the interactions with you and staff show how much respect and integrity this person has! Book Here! Wow, what an amazing dentist office. First things first, I have never gotten such a thorough cleaning. Literally, every single tooth was given ample time and attention, as if I was the only appointment they had all day. Next, the office staff was so incredibly wonderful - Julie, Megan, and Dr. Jay are kind, patient, and so funny!! The office itself is nice, clean, new, and stylish. You can tell they take pride in what they do here. Last, and certainly not least, the office has a waterfront view. You literally can watch a waterfall and baby ducks swimming around while sitting in the dentist’s chair. I never thought I’d say this, but I can’t wait to go back!

My family & I have been looking for a great Dentist since Covid.
