About Dr. Jarom Stradling
Dr. Jarom Stradling is a fourth-generation Arizona native, born and raised in nearby Gilbert. Growing up as one of 10 siblings, he learned the value of hard work early on in the family business, Stradling's Cabinetry, a long-established Mesa institution. In his adolescence, he excelled in the arts and was offered a photography scholarship to Rochester Institute of Technology. However, after stepping in as a last-minute fill-in on a dental service trip to Guatemala, he discovered a new path in life. While cabinet-making and construction were his first loves, Dr. Stradling decided to downsize to smaller drills.
Dr. Stradling earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health at A.T. Still University in Mesa, drawn by the school's service-oriented mission-and the convenient location. He also completed a Certificate of Public Health there. Since then, he has planned and served within the local community at various free and discounted dental clinics, as well as on service missions abroad in Guatemala, Paraguay, and Mexico.
He is married with three daughters, two dogs, two cats, three chickens, and a partridge in a pear tree. In his free time, he enjoys photography, woodworking, gardening, eating things dentists shouldn't eat, anything related to airplanes, and watching movies with his girls. Dr. Stradling's favorite part of being a dentist is the interpersonal relationships and human connection. He loves helping others and considers it a success when he can not only improve someone's oral health and alleviate pain but also brighten their day with a laugh and a smile. He adores his staff and patients and strives to maintain a fun, judgment-free practice. He and his amazing team will treat you like family.

Absolutely outstanding experience!
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front office was clean, modern, and very well organized. The dental assistant was incredibly gentle, kind, and professional — she made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was phenomenal: knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. They explained every step clearly and answered all my questions with patience and empathy. I’ve never felt this relaxed at a dentist’s office before!
I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone, and I’m definitely coming back.

Booking was easy. Everyone in the office was super friendly. I was early and they didn’t make me wait.
