My personal experience with Dr. Cummings and his staff was Amazing! They were so wonderful to me that after almost 30 yrs with my primary dentist, I did not hesitate for a moment to make Dr. Cummings my Dentist. He did cosmetic work on my two front teeth and after it was all said and done, I literally cried. A 47yo man crying over two new front teeth. That’s how Amazing I personally feel he does his job. I could not be happier with my two new front teeth and I can’t wait to see the kind and professional staff when I go in to get my teeth cleaned at the end of this month. Thank you Dr. Cummings for making me smile non stop all day. My mom can’t stop telling her 47yo baby that he’s so handsome when he smiles ??

Dr. Jeffrey S. Cummings graduated from Middlebury College in 1983 and received his D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1987. He spent the next five years training with the Chairman of Complete Dentures in Denture Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. In 1992, he became an Assistant Professor of Complete Denture Prosthodontics, where he has lectured on Implant Dentistry and Gross Anatomy. He has taught future dentists their craft at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and is an established leader who still finds time to advance his own training by traveling to courses all over the country and in Europe, putting him at the top of his field. He also published the papers below in highly respected dental journals.

Scheduling was a breeze and appointments were timely. Although I am someone who struggles with anxiety in the dentist chair, this was not the case under Dr. Darviche’s care. All of the staff are warm, welcoming, wonderful people— thus it did not take long for me to relax and feel more at-ease. Dr. Darviche did a spectacular job on my teeth & gums and most certainly exceeded expectations. I never thought my smile would look this good again. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Cummings was very attentive. He was very adamant about making sure that I was comfortable and that I was emotionally prepared for my treatment. He even personally called me a couple hours after my appointment to make sure that I was ok.

I had a GREAT visit!! Dr. Cummings really listened to my concerns and was empathetic enough to know how it was affecting my everyday life. He is very knowledgeable at his profession. He came up with a “plan” for my situation taking in to consideration my finances and time frame. I live on Cape Cod and it is very much worth the hour and a half drive to see him. I wish I had met him sooner.

Dr. Cummings and his staff are definitely the most friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable and genuine people that I have been affiliated with. I never enjoyed visiting the dentist until I found this group of sincere caring individuals. Dr. Cummings has a great unique humor and warmth which combined with his stellar expertise and perfection of dental challenges has created a great trust and comfort level that I never had with dental procedures. Simply put, check this place out, they are top notch!

I had put off having my teeth fixed, due to bad experiences in the past. Dr Cummings did an emergency root canal on a saturday at very short notice. I honestly didn't feel a thing. He put me at ease and this is the secret, the anaesthetic will not be effective if you are tense. I took a prescribed xanax but I really didn't need to. I've since been back for several more appointments to fix the rest of my poor teeth and have my gums worked on by Dr Jeff (5 fillings and a root canal this morning). Piece of cake :) Great staff, great equipment fast and meticulous. If you think your teeth are too far gone, go see Dr Cummings, he will help you.

I can't really say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Cummings. First and foremost is a deep dedication, I would call it a drive, to deliver the result that the patient is looking for. Dr. Cummings has a lab connected to his office that does work only for him. In fact, what separates Dr. Cummings from most is that he is trained in making teeth and also contributes in the making of teeth for his patients. Without this knowledge it is much harder to create an outstanding result. In my visits with Dr. Cummings, we started with initial temporary teeth that were fitted in. I was able to give my feedback on these temps as to what I liked, or what I might like to try. I was always made to feel completely comfortable expressing my thoughts. Amazingly so. Because of his ability in the making of teeth, Dr. Cummings was able to make changes right in the chair, right at that moment. I don't know how he did it. He brought the teeth to a point that was just perfect, and then the permanent teeth were made and the result was exceptional. Could not be happier, or happier to smile. I would mention that Dr. Cummings was redoing a job that had been done about a month earlier with a different dentist and that I was so unhappy with. Dr. Cummings and his staff treated me so well, and his technical and 'artistic' work in creating and placing the teeth was exceptional. For me, it doesn't get much better, and it is easy to recommend Dr. Cummings' work, especially for difficult cases like mine.

I would highly recommend Dr Cummings - he and his assistant were well qualified and did a great job improving my smile. I was nervous but they quickly put my fears to rest - the procedure was virtually painless and giving me headphones to wear to block out the noise of the drill was a huge plus for me!

Dr Cummings and his staff are very professional. I am so happy that I choose this office for my dental needs. I have done an extensive amount of work with Dr. Cummings . He cares about his patients 100%. I can smile with confidence I am healthier and I now have a new outlook on life. He does not rush his patients and you can converse with him in a comfortable and professional manner. I was very sceptial at first but I am happy with my new smile and no more excruciating pain. Dr Jeff does everything possible to accommodate his patients. He is very thorough about his job. His patience concerns is very important to him. My job is half way and I feel very confident already. Can't wait to see the finished product. He is very gentle and upfront with his patients. He earned my trust since the first visit. I am doing a full mouth job. After two root canals and an extraction went home with no pain. I was in so much pain going in the office he took the time out to do extensive work that I am so happy with. NO MORE PAIN. My appointment went smoothly, just like it has since I began coming to Dr. Cummings in the late 1990s. He completed a thorough checkup and cleaned my teeth and I was out in a half an hour.
