Dr. Ferrer has been practicing dentistry for nearly 20 years having graduated from Temple University Dental School in 1992 and a general practice residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center now New York Presbyterian the following year. He has practiced in Rye and Croton New York prior to opening Dutchess Dental Care in Poughquag.
Dr. Ferrer has taken extensive continuing education in fixed, removable and implant prosthetics (crowns, bridges, partial, full and attachment dentures on natural teeth and implants), orthodontics for full term, short term and invisalign treatment, conscious sedation both through iv route and by oral medication, endodontics (root canal therapy),periodontics (gum treatment) and pediatrics (children's dental care).

Dr Ferrer is very professional and extremely patient and caring. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and will give you all your options. He is also affiliated with the best Periodondist and Orthodontist. He also accepts our CSEA insurance. The whole staff is wonderful.

Everyone is always very friendly and willing yo answer any questions I may have. While I still hate going to the dentist, I couldnt be any happuer that I found Dr. Ferrer. I fully recommend him and his team for any work you may need.

Friendly office, excellent dental hygienist, thorough dental checkup, cleaning with no pain. TV set to any channel one requests on ceiling above chair helps pass the time AND they take my insurance!
