I have only visited Dr. New one time and she referred me out to a great dentist for a root canal. My experience with her was great. She was honest about what she saw on my x-rays. Her explanations were plain and clear. She referred me out for work she felt was best done by someone else. She followed up promptly. She was kind and made me feel great. I have never had a dentist tell me what I'm doing right. I will update this review after I have her do my crown, but as things stand right now, I'd recommend her above any dentist I've seen to date.

Dr. New and her staff use digital x-rays and cameras to show the patient exactly what is going on in their mouth. She enjoys helping her patients understand what is causing their dental problems, how to treat them effectively, and how to prevent these issues from recurring. Dr. New will create a personalized treatment plan for you and she takes the time to answer all of your questions. By educating patients and stressing prevention, Dr. New strives to help patients maintain a lifetime of excellent oral health. When you schedule an appointment the time slot will be help just for you. Please give the office a 24 hour notice if you will need to cancel the appointment.
Dr. Jennifer New was born and raised in Saratoga, California. She graduated from Saratoga High and went on to receive her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biological Sciences with a Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior Emphasis from the University of California, Davis. She stayed local to Northern California and attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

I went in for a consultation, x-rays and then was told she would call me back for an appointment after hearing from my insurance company. I never heard from anyone until I received a text about my next cleaning appointment.

She was amazing with my 4 year old daughter. My daughter has been to the dentist before and had not had a good experience, but with Dr. New, she was very comfortable, sat right down and let Dr. New do her thing - check-up and teeth cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. New!

The best dental appointment ever!
I love the online appointment system and that I could upload all of my dental history documentation online and ahead of time.
From the moment I entered the office to the time I left I was addressed by name and encountered extremely positive and professional attitudes from the entire staff, and not just to me but to each other that was truly genuine.
I walked in and Alicia informed me that she had all of my records and my insurance was in order and all set. She offered me a chair but before I had time to sit I was greeted by name form Hygienist Jessi and we headed to the exam room. I can't remember the last time I went to any medical appointment where I didn't wait at least a few minutes. Jessi did a great job with the cleaning as did Athena taking x-rays. I stopped by the front desk and Alicia scheduled my next appointment in six months.
I appreciate the use of state-of-the-art technology with a "high touch" personal approach by all the staff.
I have never had any phobias or a dread of going to the dentist, but this was such an excellent experience that I look forward to my next visit.

The whole staff is friendly and professional. It feels nice and comforting to come in to the dentist, with state of the art technology and well trained staff, it is easy to feel calm. Dr. Jennifer New is sweet and very informative. I feel confident in my dental work with her.

The staff is warm and welcoming, and they all work well together. I went in for a cleaning and it was the easiest cleaning I ever had. I highly recommend Dr. New and her staff.

I didn't have any dental work done. I was there for a denture consultation. I found out that they don't do a lot of dentures and they didn't feel comfortable making a set for me. They did however refer me to a dentist that specializes in dentures. They were very nice to me and treated me.with respect. I think if I was a dental patient, this is a nice office and I would be happy to have them take care of my smile.
