I felt so comfortable there. Everyone was so nice and explained everything they were doing with my teeth. They gave me options and explained my bill beforehand so there would be no surprises. I got to see the pictures and xrays of my teeth and the doctor explained everything to me in the pictures. They also gave me a birthday card because the day before was my birthday! It was so thoughtful and made me feel at home there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional office!

She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania - School of Dental Medicine (UPENN).
She spent an additional year in post-graduated education at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Fort Lauderdale, where she focused her studies in Advanced Dental Education on Full Mouth Reconstruction including implants, endodontic, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. J. Nguyen has been selected to be The Florida Dental Board Examiner. She has also received the Fellowship Award in 2010 and the Mastership Award in 2013 from The American Academy of Dental Implant Association. Only 5% of dentists in the United State have earned this prestigious award.

Their office staff were extremely unprofessional. They were on their cell phones ignoring me. When they did interact with me, they were rude, unprofessional, un-informing, and tried to scam me with extra services that my insurance doesn't cover, simply because my insurance didn't pay them enough for a basic exam. I tried to see if I could decline this extra service and they rudely exclaimed, "no!" When I got home I researched this extra procedure and it was listed in Quack Watch and said there is no evidence that it works or is beneficial. Hence, why my insurance doesn't cover it. Avoid this office as best you can!

Overall, as good as a trip to the dentist can be. The hygienist was very knowledgable and professional, as was the doctor herself. My treatment was relatively pain free. My one piece of negative feedback was that I felt like I was being upsold at times. I've never been to a dentist office that charges different rates for different types of cleaning (in this case, it was dependent upon the health of your gums and how many millimeters they were receding or something of the sort). Usually a cleaning is a cleaning. Regardless, very friendly staff. I would go back in for a return visit.
