Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Perez is committed to making every patient feel welcome and understood. Known for a warm and approachable manner, Dr. Perez takes the time to listen to patients and ensure they are fully informed about their treatment options. Dr. Perez earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. His clinical interests include third molar extractions, endodontic treatment, crowns, root canals, and a wide range of general dentistry procedures. He also has a strong focus on preventive care, helping patients maintain both their oral and overall health. Dr. Perez is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA). Outside of the office, Dr. Perez is active in the community through volunteer work at Casselberry Spanish Church.
