Double check your coverages, one thing I didn’t like was the way the insurance coordinator makes assumptions about the procedures and what she believes the insurance pays, totally disregarding an actual print out of the insurance coverages on my policy. I have to basically prove to her the same thing was done to me during prior visits and they had to reimbursed me; but she was completely ignoring my explanation. Sadly she will cost the office and the nice dentist and the techs more patients not to come back.

I felt well taken care of! Staff is super friendly and with great dedication to their work! Atmosphere in the clinic is very relaxed with great music and staff in good mood so that you feel in good hands and can relax too!
Medically advise and explanation of the treatment plan is very detailed and easy to understand! All in all a throughout positiv experience !

Dr. Jenny Rodriguez Chevrel graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela where she obtained her dental degree in 1994. She then went on to obtain a Master in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry at Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas. She started two practices in 2000 with very innovative environments that set the path for others to follow in her native Venezuela. After over twenty five years of experience, Dr. Rodriguez-Chevrel came to the United States and obtained her two year residency certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Florida in 2019 pursuing her passion for her profession.
Dr. Rodriguez Chevrel is fluent in English, Spanish and good knowledge of French. Mother of three children, she loves to spend time with her family traveling and discovering new places and cultures.

The hygienist was friendly and responsive to me. Front desk staff were polite and quick. Dentist was prompt and thorough. Downsides: does not validate parking (I paid $12!), had a lot of paper forms and info was not transferred from Zocdoc.
