The staff was absolutely amazing! I HATE going to the dentist & hadn't been in about 15yrs but I will definitely be returning. They were friendly, made us feel comfortable and explained everything. Not to mention, they were quick & efficient!

So customer friendly made me feel at home. Made mel very comfortable. The receptionist were very nice, and after I was told what needed to be done they gave me several payment options to go with and told me when I'm ready to come back and they will do what fits in my budget.

The billing department was extremely rude and kept billing me bills when they never filed the other part to my claim. I waited for an authorization last year for over 3 months. Then wad told it was my fault. Needless to say after my bill went to collections, someone new called me and not everything worked out due to simple miscommunication error. Who ever she was I would tell her thankyou.

Despite advertising as a "gentle" dentist she was not. She was not gentle with injections or the instruments. She did not take the time to explain anything she was doing and did not have a good bedside manner at all. I have multiple sores on the inside of my lip as a result of the force she applied using the instruments. I will not be going back to her in the future

My insurance did not cover the procedure and the stuff were very accommodating and helped me to find a way to get everything done and paid for. The staff and the doctor were kind and warm and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
