I had a great experience with Dr. Khetani and the Ark Dental Care team. I had gone in for a check-up + deep cleaning + cavity filling. Everything was smooth, quick and painless.
I had expressed some nervousness initially, but the doctor and staff were very patient with me - gave me a clear idea of what to expect with each step, answered all my questions, and frequently checked with me to make sure I was doing okay. Would definitely recommend.

She graduated from the prestigious University of the Pacific in San Francisco, one of the top rated schools in the United States. Dr. Khetani is comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry and loves to treat both adults and kids. She believes in constantly updating herself with continuing education courses in order to provide the best possible treatment options to her patients.
Dr Khetani has a special interest in helping patients with Sleep Apnea with an Oral Device. She is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep medicine and has been constantly educating herself in this field.
Dr Khetani has been honored as “America’s Best Dentists” for the year 2017 by the National Consumer Advisory Board.

I will not come back.
Dr. Khetani is attentive and pleasant, but the receptionist is very unprofessional. He called me just an hour before the appointment and said that he is going to send some forms for me to fill out - I was getting ready to leave the house and didn't have time to fill them. He responded that in this case, they might use the time of the appointment to fill the papers which will result in a decreased quality of service. This is unacceptable because I am not responsible for his assumptions that I will have time just an hour before the appointment.
After the appt, I needed to make a call regarding the referrals I got from Dr. Khetani and I sat in the waiting area, on a couch folded in plastic film (cheap! If you are afraid that your furniture will have wear and tear, why to buy it at all?). The receptionist approached me and said that they don't allow people to be there for "too long" because of the covid policy. I said that I will make a short call and leave. He approached me again in 30 seconds and forced me to leave.
1. I was the only person in the whole room except for him. There were more than 6 ft between the coaches and receptionist's booth.
2. There was no sign about this ridiculous policy whatsoever.
I called them on the same day after the appt about the prescription Dr. Khetani mentioned she will give me. It's been a week and I haven't heard back about the prescription.
On a positive note:
The doctor seems thorough and attentive, but I haven't had a clear plan of what to do next after the appointment.
The nurse and the doctor wore 2 face masks and face shields, which is good. They also kept the door open to the procedure room, which hopefully helped the air to circulate.

Dr Khetani was very knowledgable and personable, listened to my concerns well and provided useful comments. This being my dental appointment, she also kindly explained how my insurance worked.

Hands down, best dentist I have ever had! Dr. Khetani is incredibly professional, caring, and skilled at what she does. During cleaning, she's very gentle and has a team member who helps with sucking water out of my mouth so I don't choke on the water! Her facility is spotless with the newest technology. She has instituted safety protocols to minimize COVID risk. Her office is actually really far from where I live but I won't be going to see anyone else any time soon!

Dr. Khetani is the best dentist I've seen hands down. Her whole office staff are lovely people and they made my visit so pleasant. The cleaning was quick, efficient, and throughout she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She took a ton of super high quality photos and x rays, and put them up on a big screen above the chair to explain everything that she thought might be of note. I was so scared to go in after not having seen a dentist for a couple of years, and she was so incredible that I look forward to going back.

The office is very clean and modern. I liked how new the office looked and how prompt they were with my appointment time. It was very quiet in the office and a little empty, it would help if they turned on some music or had some background noise so the place felt a little more welcoming.
The Doctor and her hygienist were super professional, kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything they were doing throughout the cleaning.

Dr. Khetani and her team provided the best dental experience I've ever had. I'd been avoiding the dentist for close to 5 years, but knew it was something that had to be done.
I'd never seen a more professional, yet friendly dental team until Dr. Khetani. The entire experience was more than I could have asked for, and at risk of sounding masochistic, even the numbing shots were relatively pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dr. Khetani to anyone that is somewhat hesitant to see a dentist.

So happy I found Dr. Khetani! She and her team are very professional and kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the appointment. Dr. Kehtani herself is very friendly and definitely the most gentle and thorough dentist I have ever visited - took her time to get at every crooks and cranny without making my gums bleed. The office is squeaky clean with all the new technologies and the location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Will definitely be going back!

Dr. Khetani was professional, friendly, attentive and reassuring. She established a good rapport and was willing to answer questions, and made sure the patient was comfortable in the chair during the procedure. The atmosphere was plesant, with calming music, and the practice bright and clean.

I had a excellent experience. Dr. Khetani was very polite and caring about my visit. Out of all the dentists that I've seen, this was the best one. The work on my teeth was very gentle which is very important to me. Office is very clean and the unit was very clean as well. I really liked how the dentist was very attentive towards my experience as well.
