Dr was straight to the point and couldn’t tell if they were being rude or just uninterested , didn’t give any instruction or guidance on how to better floss or anything. Simply went in, cleared tartar and that was it. Didn’t go over x-rays together, ask my history or anything prior to them starting cleaning. No new patient welcome, no intro to the doctor, not even a toothbrush and floss to go home with. They weren’t busy or swamped with patients either yet it felt like the doctor was in a rush. The friendly staff made up for the visit but I don’t think I’ll be going back here in the future.

I have always had anxiety going to a dental office, Here, I had a great experience. Everyone was very caring and professional. The service was quick and efficient, and the entire process was pleasant from start to finish.

Staff was very friendly. The doctor was very nice and understanding of my situation. She scheduled me a follow up appointment right away so I did not have to be in pain for too long. I would recommend River Valley Dental to my family and friends. They were amazing.

Dr. Mangat was so kind and understanding during m entire procedure. She made sure to explain everything to me beforehand and whilst working on me, which really put me to ease and calmed my nervousness. I couldn’t be happier with my results and the experience was by far one of my best in a dentists office.
