Dr. John Dos Passos II, DMD, graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1979 and began his dental career by establishing his first dental practice in East Milton, MA. With a dedication to dentistry, he served as a visiting faculty member at Tufts Dental School in the Preventive Dentistry Department for several years. In 1990, Dr. John relocated to Florida, where he obtained his dental license. Having grown up with a sister who feared dentists and dental treatments, Dr. John is renowned for his gentle and compassionate approach. With 43 years of experience in the field, he is deeply passionate about his role as a dentist. He is committed to ensuring that his patients feel safe and comfortable throughout their treatments. Dr. Dos Passos is an active member of prestigious dental organizations, including The American Dental Association, The West Coast Dental Society, and the Hillsborough County Dental Association. He also enjoys charity work and was a volunteer dentist for the Judeo Christian Health Clinic in Tampa for many years between 2012 and 2020. Dr. Dos Passos also participated in the Florida Mission of Mercy Event organized by the Florida Dental Association at the Florida State fairgrounds in Tampa in 2014.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. John has been happily married for twenty-seven years and is a proud parent of two children and three grandchildren. He has a keen interest in nutrition and fitness and finds enjoyment in pursuits related to spiritual growth and Reconnective Energy Healing.
