About Dr. John Mark Harris
Dr. John?Mark?Harris—who goes by Dr.?Mark—is a compassionate and skilled general dentist who earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2017. He is Invisalign-certified, board-certified in dental sleep medicine by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and trained by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to administer Botox for headaches and jaw pain.
?Dr.?Mark?is passionate about helping people love their smiles and takes pride in relieving dental pain, which he considers one of the most rewarding aspects of his profession. Dentist was great, nice - team was not able to do a cleaning - so I drove 30 mins each way to just get X-rays of my teeth. I had called early in the day to confirm my appointment and then they called for me at 2:26PM and asked if I could arrive at 3PM (appt at 4PM) - I laughed because I was just leaving the gym and had to shower but still told them I should be able to get there by 3:30PM. At no time did they communicate during either of those calls that they might not have time for a cleaning (the reason I made the appt). I would have rescheduled. Zocdoc info did not sync with their internal files so I had to fill out their files when they sent a confirmation link. But they didn’t make me fill out any other paperwork once I got into the office - so that was good.
