Dr. Joseph Gul has been practicing dentistry in the New Hyde Park area since 1987.
Dr. Gul attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. At graduation in 1980, the award for Best in Endodontics was bestowed upon him.
From 1980-1983, Dr. Gul honed his dental skills in the United States Navy, serving as a Naval Lieutenant in Great Lakes, Illinois, Okinawa, Japan and New London, Connecticut.
He is married to Debbie, with whom he has three children - Alaina, Jason and Risa. Outside the dental office, Dr. Gul enjoys traveling and a variety of sports, with a special interest in baseball. Next time you see him, be sure to ask him about his favorite teams.

Dr. Gul is always thorough and explains the process to throughout the experience. As someone who always hated going to the dentist, I have a new mindset and enjoy going since switching to Dr. Gul. In addition, he has come in on weekends when I had an emergency. He is truly dedicated to his patients.

Dr. Gul has Saturday hours, which is extremely helpful for me. Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient, and everything is clean. He was direct about my treatment and what it would cost, and we worked out a schedule I could manage.
