Dr. Joseph T. Discepola did his undergraduate at Seton Hall & Monmouth University. He graduated from Monmouth University in 1973. He went to dental school at UMDNJ from 1973-1976. He studied dentistry at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. He taught for a year in the oral diagnosis department of UMDNJ in Newark.
He opened up his own dental practice with a special emphasis on family & cosmetic dentistry providing preventative maintenance & restorative dental health care. He works hard to stay abreast of the latest advances in dental care and participates in regular continuing education seminars and advanced training courses. It is because of Dr. Discepola’s dedication to improvement and growth in a variety of dental technologies, treatments, and procedures that our Jersey City area dental patients receive the most modern, efficient general and cosmetic dental care available. He has Velscope cancer detection devices at his office. He is certified in IMTEC (mini implant) placement. He also does all forms of cosmetic work including, laminates, lumineers, and snap on crowns (with denmat).
His faithful patients are a testament to the quality of care and concern he gives to each person that sits in his chair. He has a reputation for catering to cowards, and specializes in anxiety free dentisrty.
