Most relevant

The office seemed a little disorganized. People were very nice though. I wasn't able to fill out the paperwork online because it required me to share a social security number to proceed. I never share my social security number with anybody. Why would my dentist possibly need my social security number? When I got to the office I was presented with the same screen told them the same issue. They kind of ignored it. Then told me just to put in all nines. That worked out. The dentist and the hygienist were very nice. The billing person told me they would contact me with a treatment plan after contacting my insurance company. And I never heard back from them. I called a few weeks later. They apologized said they would definitely get back to me. They still haven't gotten back to me. I will try again. Hoping this works out. I don't want to have to start over with another periodontist.
