I had two good visits here. No wait, easy check-in. Dr. Espaillat was very considerate and efficient. I had several cavities but he didn't exaggerate or make it dramatic. And while getting fillings is never fun he made the process about as easy as it can be, it felt like he really wanted me to be as comfortable as possible. I'm glad to have found him.

I felt a little cramped and awkward in the waiting area. I waited over 20 minutes and in that time, the dentist called in a woman who had walked in 15 minutes after me. I was little irritated from that. I also advocated for the dentist to look at a specific tooth that had chipped slightly and he refused to fix it (I was told this was a very simple procedure). I was probably in there for 10 minutes at most for my cleaning and in the past my dentists have been very thorough with my cleanings (lasting on average around 30-40 mins). Overall, I thought the service was average, the professionalism could use a bit more work, and the dentist really needs to slow down and take his time.

I chose Dr. Espaillat simply because he had a kind face, and my time at his office not disappoint. The staff was helpful and the wait was not long. Dr. Espaillat was willing to answer all of my questions and cleaned my teeth very well.

I thought he was a bit rude. He kept telling me I looked so young to be a mother,and not to be flattering, but in a condescending way. I am 28 and my child is 2. I even mentioned my sons favorite cartoon character to ease his nerves, and the dentist chimes in with "Omg. Don't tell me you have another?!" No, sir. I don't. But what if I did?
Seriously... just focus on teeth. Thanks!

At first I was a little hesitant about keeping my first appointment at the office since the wait was over one hour, however the dentist apologized when I sat down and he was extremely friendly and personable. The office was very clean and my cleaning was very thorough. I will definitely be keeping Dr. Espaillat as my dentist.
