Dr. Juan C. Chavez grew up in Orem, Utah. He then served an LDS mission in the Fresno California Area. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After finishing his degrees he undertook a hospital-based residency at the University of Utah Hospital where he was trained in advanced dental and surgical procedures along with sedation. That training and all of the additional training he has taken over the past decade allows him to make the smile of your dreams and ultimately change lives. He practiced in Dallas, Texas before moving to Utah where he happily offers everything from root canals to deep cleanings, veneers, dental implants, teeth whitening, smile design, and more. Dr. Chavez enjoys being outdoors and is an avid mountain biker and skier. Cooking and traveling with his wife and children are his other passions. He believes that having a gentle hand goes a long way in dental care and is committed to providing every patient with excellent dental care.
