Absolutely love Dr Jaramillo and all of his staff. They are all super friendly. Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Dr Jaramillo is excellent when it comes to dental work. I had 2 front crowns done by him. He ensured I was happy with the results. Hygienists are all great!! You feel the difference when you walk out of there after a cleaning! I have also had bleaching procedure done once. Not going to lie, if you have sensitive teeth, the first day and maybe the second day it hurts, but results were amazing
Without a doubt, I recommend this office for any type of dental work

There were a few points where the hand off of instruments between Dr. Jaramillo and the nurse/technician seemed a bit clumsy, but the procedure was very fast. I was in and out very expeditiously and comfortably. By the way, the chair is very comfortable and I didn't really need the mild tranquilizer I had taken to avoid becoming anxious and stiff during the procedure.

Originally from Colombia, Dr. Jaramillo attended Javier University Dental School in order to pursue his doctoral dental degree. He continued his dental education in the United States at the New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Jaramillo keeps his practice up-to-date through seminars and conferences with the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, and the New York County Dental Society.
Patients visiting Dr. Jaramillo can receive a full range of both general and cosmetic dental services. It seems that every time I have an appointment with Dr. Jaramillo I am having a personal crisis. I cried the entire time I was in his chair due to my sister being sick - I did not want to cancel my app. He is gentle and very patient with me, he knows I don't like visiting the dentist and always takes his time with me.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Jaramillo for around 8 years. He and his staff are courteous, kind and true professionals. He is meticulous, warm, sincere and goes into great detail about your oral situation and the work that needs to be done.
The office is immaculate with state of the art technology. He literally created my crown on a computer screen and sent it to a machine that created it in a few minutes! Fascinating!
Kudos to his staff especially Sati, the Office Manager, and Diana my dental hygienist who literally saved my smile! I had bleeding gums when I first came to her, and now my teeth and gums are healthy!
If you need cosmetic work, a cleaning, consultation, whatever, this is the place to go.

Dr.Jaramillo explained the condition of the tooth I was seeing him about, and he outlined the procedures for removal and replacement. We spoke about the time schedule for the project, and the possible co-pays. Dr. Jaramillo is very pleasant to talk to, and he has the very useful capability to speak to technical details in a way that I, as a patient, could fully understand. He and his staff are top-notch. Its a well-designed office, creating a very pleasant atmosphere, and the Doctor and his staff are really great.

Honestly everything you've ever thought about a visit to the dentist can be thrown out the window. I actually look forward to my visits to Dr. Jaramillo's office. The staff is filled with amazing, bubbly personalities and I've never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. The quality of their work is superb and in just months after my first visit I started to see great results in my teeth. I would highly recommend this dentist!

I've been going for a few years and they are generally competent and professional, except for this one thing that happened today...
A few days before my last appointment, a receptionist called to confirm and get my new insurance information, which I provided and she was satisfied with. Seems like I was all set. Great! To give some background, a few months earlier I was looking for a new plan and hoped to stay with my dentist. In October or November the receptionist said that any Delta Dental plan would offer coverage, so that's what I got.
So, I'm about halfway through my cleaning a receptionist comes in and tells me she needs to know what state my plan is from. I call Delta Dental, write down whatever seems relevant, and pass it along. I go back to my appointment. Next, and this is now toward the end of my cleaning, she tells my plan actually isn't accepted and I would have to pay for the appointment out of pocket!
This was several months AFTER they told me all Delta Dental plans were accepted, a few days AFTER I gave them my new plan details over the phone, and AFTER my appointment was nearly complete.
In the end it was a VERY expensive beginning to my day. They were apologetic and offered to take a few dollars off the bill. Thankfully they did not take any x-rays or redo any fillings or anything.
