I made my appointment on zocdoc and I was contacted by the office staff Heidee the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by name, a matter a fact, everyone that came in after was greeted as such. My hygienist Christine was absolutely amazing, she made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Mamah was very clear and precise. I highly recommend Designing Smile.

This was definitely the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. The office space is very clean, staff is super friendly and they even put some relaxing music during your visit. Dr Judith Mamah is a caring, friendly, and gentle dentist who believes in the total well-being of her patients by providing excellent dental care. Her dental career started in 1989. She has been practicing dentistry in Hackensack since 1999, with an emphasis in Sedation and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr Mamah is a certified Invisalign provider and also trained in Orthodontics, Implant dentistry and other aspects of restorative dentistry.
Sedation dentistry is her real passion. Through sedation dentistry, Dr. Mamah has been able to treat very apprehensive people that have neglected their oral health due to fear, giving them a reason to smile again.
Dr. Mamah is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Mamah is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI). She is a member of the American Dental Association (A.D.A), Academy of General Dentistry (A.G.D), Dental Organization for Oral Conscious Sedation (D.O.C.S), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), New Jersey Dental Association (N.J.D.A) and the Bergen County Dental Society.
Dr. Mamah regularly participates in continuing education courses to improve her craft utilizing modern techniques and materials. She and her staff look forward to providing the dental care you and your family need from her state of the art office.

I don't write reviews a lot but i felt compelled to write a positive review about designing smiles eve before i left the building. Dr mamah and lisa the hygenist were 2 of the nicest people. they listened to everything i had to say explained everything i needed done with crystal clear communication and reasoning. I hate going to the dentist usually but i looking forward to my next appointment really cant say enough good things about them genuinely smart nice staff. They're even open on Saturday. 5 stars to them.

So, my experience initially did not go as I thought it would have, but Dr. Mamah saw that and immediately approached me to ask me what was wrong. I explained the situation that I had with the person who did my exam and my cleaning, and she fixed the situation right away. She made sure that I left happy with my overall experience. 10/10 stars. I definitely would recommend.

Everyone in this office was amazing ! I came in for a cleaning and was given a through exam to determine the overall health of my teeth. After discovering I actually needed a root canal they were able to squeeze me in to ensure my pain was alleviated right away. We also came up with a comprehensive plan to continue my dental work over the next couple of months . Highly recommend

I really hate dentists, but I was surprised that I didn’t hate my visit here. The dentist who did my cleaning did it so nicely, so I didn’t feel any discomfort. They’re all really transparent and they even have a consultation room where you get a rundown of your current state of teeth, what procedures are recommended, how much you’ll have to pay, and a general timeline of care. Everything was super organized and I really enjoyed my visit. I wouldn’t mind going to the dentist as often as I should if it’s here lol.
