Dr. Jung S Pak graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County with Bachelors in Biology and University of Maryland Dental School with the degree of D.D.S. His career in dentistry started 13 years ago, when he started to work as dental laboratory technician and later was admitted to University of Maryland Dental School.
After graduating dental school, he perused post graduate training Mary Immaculate Hospital in New York City. During those 2 years, he was well trained in surgical and prosthetic aspects of dentistry mostly for reconstruction of trauma and crime victims since the hospital was a level I trauma center. After the completion of the residency, Dr. Pak worked as an associate dentist in Multident Center, INC. in Annapolis, MD and as Managing Clinical Director in Aspen Dental located in Williamsport, PA.
In October of 2013, Dr. Pak took over Fairfax Dental Care where he passionately practices his profession. Dr. Pak when he is not providing care for his patients, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing and camping with his wife, Julia and 5 years old daughter, Allison.

At first looking friendly and competent, these initial impressions rapidly changed. After he caused a serious inflammation on my father's tooth, we made several attempts to contact this dentist by phone, fax, and in person, but his office is permanently closed, and our calls were never returned. Stay away, and seek dental help elsewhere.

This is the first dentist that did not lay a heavy guilt trip about dental hygiene. I thought he was very relatable and made me feel comfortable. I had some pain during the cleaning but that is probably my fault for not flossing regularly.

Wonderful Dentist and staff! Extremely short wait time, very very affordable, and a VERY honest practice. Unlike other dentists I've been to he is very up front and isn't trying to get as much money out of you as possible.

I took my father to Dr. Pak for implants and denture. Dr.pak showed us 3D xray like pictures of oral inside and gave us fully detailed explanation on my dad's current oral health status kindly. Also, Dr.Pak explained the process for the treatments step by step, and he answered our questions sincerely, so we could trust him, and decided to receive treatment from Dr. Pak. I strongly recommend Dr.pak to those who are looking for Dentist.
