Dr. Mehra graduated with a B.S. in Biotechnology from State University of New York at Buffalo. She then moved to her hometown of Memphis and earned her DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from the University of Tennessee.She is passionate about dentistry and aims to provide superior and individualized dental care. While she enjoys all facets of general dentistry, Dr. Mehra has special interests in endodontics, pediatrics, cosmetics, and preventative education. She strives to keep current with the latest technology by regularly attending continuing education courses.
Dr. Mehra takes great pleasure in serving patients of a 45-year old dental practice started by her predecessor, Dr. Troy Carmichel, with whom she shares similar practice philosophies.
Dr. Mehra is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas Dental Society, and American Academy of Women Dentists.
When Dr. Mehra is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys acrylic painting, yoga, live music, creating new 30-minute meals, and spending time with family and friends.
