I had a great appointment with the office and dentist here. The office is well furnished and they give you a tv and the option to listen to music while there, which is really nice. The only thing I have to complain about is how the hygienist flossed my teeth at the end. She would work it in side to side on my slightly tight gaps, but then try to rip it straight out instead of working it out. Hurt a bit, but I didn’t say anything and believe that if I had asked that she wouldn’t do it that way for me.

Doctor was so detailed and kind/gentle. I preferred going to a female doctor because I feel like I need “more of a friend” feel when I’m this nervous. During my cleaning she was so in depth regarding fixing some of my issues with plaque build up. I’m going back soon! And bringing my best friend and fiancé to get xrays and cleanings. Thanks so much.

Dr Palillo diagnosed and treated me right away so that I could enjoy vacation without pain. She explained treatment options and made it as comfortable as possible. She also called when I returned from vacation to check on me. I’ve had many dentists over years of relocations across the US. Dr Palillo and the team here are simply the best.

Not sure if it’s due to staff shortages or what, but the hygienist that did my x rays and polished my teeth seemed like it was his first day. It took 30 mins to do th x rays and he kept placing the insert in areas that really hurt my jaw, and it kept falling apart. When polishing he sprayed water everywhere and kept having to stop and fix something, didn’t polish my teeth evenly and by the end i just wanted it over with. This hasn’t happened to me ever before and I’ve been to a lot of dentists. He needs supervision so I place the business responsible for not doing so.

Dr. Palillo was not only incredibly friendly, but also a great dentist. I went in for a cleaning and she was thorough. I also had a cavity and she explained in detail what the cavity looked like and when is the best time to get a filling. Overall, I felt very confident in her care.

Dr. Palillo was fine - nothing to write home about. Facility was nice and modern and clean. She spent a couple minutes with me and handed me off to the assistant for the cleaning. I wish I had more time/attention to talk through some cosmetic concerns but she seemed to want to move on. Overall everything was organized and carried out well so I’ll likely go back for my 6-month check up.

Dr. Palillo already has great reviews on here and I can confirm that they are accurate. She has exceptional bedside manner. She made sure that I was always comfortable with what she was doing prior and during. She also showed me my x-rays and explained how my following treatments would be handled. She was a great dentist!

Dentist appointments are usually very stressful and uncomfortable. From the second I walked in, I knew I had found the right place. Office was very clean and efficient. Ian my tech was very friendly and quick with xrays. Dr. Palillo's gentle touch and reassurance made the visit easy and stress free. I will be returning in two weeks for minor issues.
