About Dr. Benjamin Sargent
Dr. Ben Sargent is a general and cosmetic dentist who takes pride in both his work and his character. He believes that delivering high-quality dentistry is important, but equally essential is communicating with clarity and compassion, and practicing with gentleness.
Dr. Ben was born and raised in Orange County, CA. He first received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery with honors from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry.
Currently, Dr. Ben enjoys raising his two young children with his wife, who is also a dentist. He regularly volunteers with his church group, has a love for sports, and admits to having a sweet tooth.

I had a great experience at Fuller Smiles. Dr. Benjamin Sargent participated in the process of my dental cleaning and took the time to talk to me about my dental history. He is very personable and professional. Overall, the staff is organized and efficient, not waiting longer than 5 minutes after checking in.

I visited the Fuller Smiles office on 8/8/2025 but did not see Dr. Sargent. I was a bit disappointed that the parking was $20 with no validation and it was underground. I took the elevator to the fifth floor and as I approached the office I was entered a very nice, clean office with a great view. The ladies weren't especially bubbly, but they were pleasant enough. They had me sign a few forms and I was seen almost immediately for x-rays and a consult. Do I wish they had the newer x-ray machine where you don't do the bitewings? Yes! But overall it was done quickly and expertly. I was supplied with a dental plan and given my pricing and appointments. Can do much better than that.

I have lived in LA for over 7 years and this was by far the best experience I have had with a dentist. Straight to the point, didn’t try to sell extras and was exactly the price I was told over the phone. The doctor was extremely friendly and helpful and even gave me a recommendation for an orthodontist. 10/10 recommend!
