This was my first time at this dentist! Everyone was pleasant, took time to explain everything I asked about different procedures (and were patient when I didn't understand!), and had me in and out of the office in no time. Would definitely recommend!

My appointment was great. This was the best dentist appointment I ever had. All of the staff were friendly from the front desk to the hygentist to the dentist. They were quick also. The dentist took time to explain every detail.

The staff was friendly, but I don't understand the point of me doing early check in even though the office still make me fill out out the same paperwork by hand. The doctor was really cool and I like the fact that she didn't guilt trip me on the fact that I had cavities. Also later on next week I'm going back for my wisdom tooth extraction, I'm lucky that her office offer so many services and is close to home. Thanks for the recommendation ZocDoc, Dr. Luong is a keeper.

I found it ridiculous that was I checked in at 245 and it was 515 and I waiting in the dentists chair while she took care of the patient that arrived AFTER me. I am writing this completely livid at the waste of time. Completely unprofessional. If the ofc was running behind they should have had the courtesy to let me know how long and given me the option to wait or reschedule. Never again will I come or refer anyone. It is a total waste of time!!!! So pissed off!!!!!!!!!

My visit with Dr. Luong was great. She is personalable and truly concerned about your needs. Dr.Luong and her staff create a comfortable atmosphere that helps any fears/concerns associated with visiting the dentist.

The visit was fast and everyone was very nice and friendly. While we waited for the dentist to come in we were able to watch Netflix. The time in the chair was fast and had no problems, I was very relaxed, comfortable, and painless. I would and have recommended them to all my family and friends.

She was very kind and very patient her assistant was great as well. The assistant took her time and explained everything to me so I could feel comfortable. I found me a new dentist in my neighborhood. No more traveling across town greatful I visited to ZocDoc site.
