Dr. Vu and Esther were great! They explained everything thoroughly and made me extremely comfortable. I understood their process and why they did what they did to help keep my teeth healthy. I would 100% recommend this beautiful facility. The people were so nice very thorough explained everything. They go over your X-rays you actually get to see it on the screen. Definitely my new dental facility. I went in for an issue after calling many places I was in pain and no one would see me they got me in the same day and they checked my entire mouth and gave me estimate very reasonable. Filed my insurance. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Love the location.

Dr. A is an amazing dentist. The entire staff at URBN are extremely friendly, very communicative, and very clearly experienced in all things dental. There was very little wait time for anything, their entire operation is smooth and well run. Unlike any other dentist I’ve been to. I booked a new patient visit / dental cleaning. ( that’s what the booking said) I did my x-rays, talked to 4 different people between 1:30pm- 3:00pm while I’m in the patient room. I’m thinking the information is nice but when am I getting my actual cleaning ( it’s been an hour at this point) Then a lady comes in and tells me “our type of practice doesn’t give standard cleanings” I would only get a cleaning if I either paid for a scaling service. She asked me on the spot if I wanted to get that done while I was there and that it would take an hour. After being there already for 2 hrs I said “I’m not able to do that right now.” ( I had to get back to work) and then she says “ well we also provide payment plans” umm.. okay, a little offended because I don’t know how we got to the impression I couldn’t pay for the full amount. So no I can’t trust this practice.

I’ve seriously enjoyed my experience here. All of the staff was extremely kind, quick working, and understanding of my personal oral hygiene journey. Discussions about pricing, financing options, etc were all super transparent. Optional treatments like Invisiline and laser therapy were offered, but not pressured as necessary or pushed onto me. They very clearly explained my insurance and how it does or doesn’t cover each expense.

I already gave a co worker the phone number for him to get his teeth cleaned. Awesome experience. And yes I finally found a dentist office I can trust. Chris the front desk guy was cool. Dr. A was straight up with me. And Mrs. Vanessa the hygienist did a great job on my mouth, and Mrs. Kylie was very sweet. Everything was honest, I really liked the way they work as a team. They really showed they care for their patients.

I hate going to the dentist, have always been terrified, but the staff here really made it such a smooth process. My experience today was far beyond what I could have wanted. Everyone working here goes above and beyond for the patients and really go out of their way to help you be as relaxed as possible. Ashely and Dr. A were so great during my entire procedure! For clarity I had root canal and I didn’t feel a thing, Dr. A and Ashely constantly checked on me. They really made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. Both were so down to earth, funny, and very reassuring the whole time. Chris at the front desk so great! He was extremely kind and helpful when it came to billing and getting me the help I needed. Overall I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’m super appreciative of all the help I received today and so glad I found Urbn Dental at East River, I’m definitely making them my regular dentist office!

Dr. Vivi and Dr. A are the best my cleaning and extractions went really well with very little to no pain. Everyone was so nice from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve definitely found my dental office. Sidebar: the music playlist is really good so you might catch yourself humming and dancing a little during your procedure.

went in for a cleaning, needed an extra procedure done and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Dr. Ayoade was so amazing and comforting, and the staff (Abi and Ana especially) were so friendly and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable during my visit and i'm looking forward to my next. also, the music selection is amazing! (90s rnb the entire time, i came on the right day)
